{"id":51445,"date":"2021-06-25T13:32:22","date_gmt":"2021-06-25T13:32:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/saronti.com\/blog\/100-ans-coccinelle-livres\/"},"modified":"2021-06-25T13:33:57","modified_gmt":"2021-06-25T13:33:57","slug":"100-ans-coccinelle-livres","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/saronti.com\/fr\/100-ans-coccinelle-livres\/","title":{"rendered":"100 ans de livres Ladybird"},"content":{"rendered":"&#13;\n<p class=\"is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">In 2015 we marked the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bbc.co.uk\/news\/av\/entertainment-arts-30775083\/celebrating-100-years-of-ladybird-books\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">100 year anniversary <\/a>of Ladybird Books.\u00a0 I learned to read with Peter and Jane, and I taught my children and then my Grandson to read with the same. Even though the books, now seem very dated, I still love to turn the pages and read;<\/p>&#13;\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0I like Peter, I like Jane, I like Peter and Jane.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>&#13;\n<p>We all appreciate the strong <a href=\"https:\/\/saronti.com\/2019\/06\/06\/grandads-memory-book-just-case\/\">emotions that books <\/a>can envelop us with, but there&rsquo;s nothing like the tingling feeling of being able to read that first book by oneself. It&rsquo;s magical. The original idea was based around a pioneering system of 12 keywords, which were shown to be around 25% of the required level of words needed to read. It was very much the &lsquo;see the word, read the word, remember the word,&rsquo; system which enabled children to read a whole book by themselves. Aussi brillant que cela soit &#8211; et c&rsquo;est vraiment le cas &#8211; cela ne fonctionne pas pour chaque mot, car avouons-le, l&rsquo;orthographe anglaise n&rsquo;a parfois aucune r\u00e8gle du tout.
