Fundraising Cookbooks: School Recipe Book Kit / From £4.60

We know you're busy so we've tried to make the process of fundraising for your school PTA with a cookbook/recipe book, as easy as possible!

Ingredients:

• From 40 up to 120+ pages, Full colour High Quality Print
• Friendly square format 20x20cm, Paperback, Glossy Cover
• 1 recipe/photo per page + presentation/intro page + a few generic pages if you wish
• Recipes can be grouped in categories of your choice (i.e, breakfasts, starters, main, dessert, snacks)
• We can setup a Free secure online form to help you collect recipes & photos, if you wish us to.
• DIY: Use our Word Doc Template if you wish to make the book yourself
• Creator Service: We can collect recipes/photos and make the book for you. No up-front costs. Just add £1 per book (see pricing below).
• No minimum orders.
• Free P&P over 20 books ordered.

Each school has it's own way of setting up their cookbook fundraising. Here is what seems to be the most popular process:

1. Decide whether you want to make the book yourself or pay a little extra for us to make it for you. Choose from:

• DIY: We setup a free secure online form to help you collect recipes/photos. You will receive an email with recipes/photos each time one is submitted. You make the book yourself using our Word Doc Template.
• Creator Service: We collect the recipes/photos and make the book for you (add £1 per book - no up-front costs - see pricing below).

2. Ask for a small fundraising amount for recipe entries (£1/£2). This will help keep the book price low so families can afford to buy more than one. Cookbooks make great gifts!

3. Come up with a book price you feel comfortable with (see pricing below).

4. Take pre-orders.

5. Decide how you want to collect recipes/photos. Should you wish to, we can setup a free secure online form where families can submit their recipes and upload their photos.

6. You/We make the book.

7. Proof and approve your book before it goes to print. We can give you a link for families to view it online. This may encourage more parents to buy.

8. Take final orders.

9. Send a group order to us. Pay by bank transfer. Allow about 10 days for delivery.

No minimum orders;  but the more you sell, the cheaper the books!

Little extras:

We can also create & print your End of Year books, Reception books, Compilation of stories/poems books, Photobooks... And if you need a photo gallery setup for a competition, we do this free of charge just to help out. Don't hesitate to ask for more info 🙂

All schools choosing to fundraise with Saronti are automatically setup as affiliates. This means that, if families buy any items on our site in the future, the school's PTA will receive 20% fundraising from each sale.
