By using this website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. Please read carefully before placing an order.

The terms you will read form a contract between the website user and Saronti. By placing an order, you are agreeing to these. You may wish to print or save a copy of these. Saronti reserve the right to update these conditions, with a dated amendment.  

Saronti trading terms and conditions shall apply to the exclusion of any other terms and conditions, unless an agreement is in writing and signed by a representative of Saronti and the Customer.

All rights, including copyright, in this website are owned by Saronti. Any use of the site or its contents, including copying or storing it or them in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use is prohibited without the written permission of Saronti.

Saronti shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage, which may arise from the use of any of the information contained in any of the materials on this website. We have taken every care in the content of this website. To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable to you/or any third party for any consequential or incidental damages (including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of profits, loss of anticipated savings, wasted expenditure, loss of privacy and loss of data) or any other indirect, special or punitive damages whatsoever that arise out of or are related to the Saronti website.

All prices quoted are in British Pounds Sterling. Online prices include VAT (Value Added Tax) when applicable.

Saronti is entitled to increase the price of goods at any time prior to printing the product(s) due to factors beyond our control. Once the product(s) has been sent to print, Saronti will honour the price as per the order agreement with the customer.

Goods are subject to availability. As there is a delay between the time when the order is placed and the time when the order is accepted, the stock position relating to a particular item may change. If an item you have ordered becomes out of stock before we accept the order, we shall notify you as soon as possible. You will not be charged for the out of stock items.

Every effort has been made to accurately display the colours of our products on the Saronti website. However, we cannot guarantee that the colours you see will accurately reflect the product as this will depend on your monitor’s display of the colours.

Contracts for the sale of goods which have been Personalised with customer’s own photographs cannot be cancelled. Refunds or exchanges cannot be offered.  Your statutory rights are not affected.
The quality of items purchased may depend on the quality of the photograph supplied for use by the customer.  See FAQ page for details on digital photo submissions. We cannot guarantee that your item will be of the same quality as displayed on the website.  We will do our best to advise you in advance of accepting any order if the quality of the photo is not adequate for best image transferal.  If the customer still wishes to continue with the order, we will not then accept the goods for return as failing to correspond with any sample.

Saronti does not accept responsibility for customer input or spelling mistakes on orders.

For all goods, if in the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, refunds or exchanges can only be offered provided that either the goods have been damaged in transit or are faulty in any way.  If there is a problem with the goods, please contact us.  We will deal with the matter in accordance with your legal rights.  Should it be necessary for the goods to be returned, we would be grateful if they could be adequately packaged for a full refund of payment (including original and return postage).
We cannot be held responsible for non- receipt of returns that cannot be tracked.

Refunds will only be made to the original payment card.  All refunds will be made within 30 days of the order being placed.

The consumer has a duty of care for the products during the cancellation period in order for a refund to be given.

The customer shall pay for all goods prior to print and dispatch due to the personalised nature of trade unless otherwise agreed in writing between Saronti and the customer.

In making payment the customer is within agreement that they are the account holder and that sufficient funds are held to honour the payment.

Saronti reserves the right to cancel and refund with immediate effect all orders relating to images Saronti deem to be copyright.  Saronti reserves the right to cancel and refund any order relating to images deemed offensive or detrimental to the Saronti brand.
Saronti shall endeavour to make amendments to requested orders where possible. However, if this request is received after the product has been sent to print Saronti shall not be liable for the cost of a reprint.

Any dates provided for delivery are approximate only, and Saronti is not responsible for the timely receipt of goods once dispatched to the customer. As such, late deliveries will not be refunded, and payment will be pursued due to the personalised nature of our products. Our working hours are Monday – Friday 9am – 5.30pm. We do not include weekends or Bank Holidays in the working hours quoted for print and dispatch purposes, although we may work outside these hours and contact you accordingly regarding your order.

Orders not received within 7 working days of dispatch must be reported to Saronti by email. Failure to notify us within this period may result in Saronti not accepting any responsibility for items dispatched and not delivered/received. If a delivery has failed by the recipient not being available and the goods are returned to Saronti, Saronti will charge a resend fee based on the current postal rates. Should the address supplied be incorrect or incomplete we accept no responsibility or liability for items not received. Once you receive your dispatch email you must monitor the delivery of goods, and contact Saronti quickly.

Delivery costs shall be displayed clearly prior to completing the purchase. They will indicate the current price for Royal Mail and if applicable Courier.

Any contract formed under these conditions of sale shall be construed and enforced in accordance with English Law in the Courts of England and Wales.
