๐ RAINBOW FUDGE:
90 minutes on low lid off stirring every 10-15 minutes
๐500G of cheap white chocolate
๐ย Can of condensed milk
๐125g of icing sugar
๐Strawberry flavouring (other flavourings work as well)
Grease and line your tin.
Add chocolate & condensed milk to the slow cooker on low heat. Once melted, sift in the icing sugar and beat until smooth. After 90 minutes, add your flavouring and split the mixture between bowls ( for however many colourings you have). The texture will be like a dough. Mix food colouring into bowl 1 and spread into the lined tin. Wait 5 mins and then repeat with the other bowls.ย Place in fridge to set for about 4 hours minimum.
๐ฅ CREME EGG FUDGE:
Creme egg one works better in the microwave, so I’ve added both methods
๐200g cheap milk chocolate
๐Half a can of condensed milk
๐300g of cheap white chocolate
๐About 4 creme eggs chopped up (keep in the freezer until using)
๐Vanilla extract
๐Orange food colouring (optional)
Grease and line your tin
Pop milk chocolate and condensed milk into slow cooker (or microwaveable bowl and microwave in short burst until all is melted). Set to one side and repeat with the white chocolate. Keep stirring until all has melted. It’s important to keep stirring as it’s very quick to set.
Add food colouring (if desired) into the white chocolate, and the vanilla essence into both white and milk chocolate bowls.
Pour the milk chocolate into your tin, followed by white and orange and swirl them together. Push most of the frozen creme eggs into the mixture and pop a few on the top. Once done pop in fridge to set. for minimum of 4 hours.
Alternatively just use 500g of milk chocolate and one tin of condensed milk for 90 minutes in the slow cooker add flavouring at the end and then pour into tin. Add your creme eggs the same way as above. You can also melt some white chocolate and drizzle it over the top.
