The Hall of the Ghostly Past by Joelle Prior

A gang of friends are trying to run from the dark spirits that are chasing, hunting and attacking them. They find a locked room filled with chemical equipment to transform regular people into spirit monsters. With a blind eye and quite a few scars, will Mila be able to figure out how to defeat these dark spirits? Or will she not be able to save her friends in time?
